Completing the Clinical Qualification Training allows the therapist to be listed on the Resource Therapy International website (as well as into an international database. The web listing and database is a central location for therapists who have trained in RT as well as those choosing to specialize in Clinical Resource Therapy).
Specializing Resource Therapists often choose to go on to complete the combination certificate/ qualification of Advanced Clinical Resource Therapists & RT Trainer. Trainers receive a personal page on the RTI website as well as ongoing support and resources to enable them to train other therapists, professionals and students of allied fields, in RT.
There are four central Resource State Techniques that provide interventions for most psychological issues. The clinical training provides presentation, demonstration and practice for these four methods of working.
RT Clinical Qualification Training also includes specific Resource State techniques to help clients deal with a range of presentations. Participants will receive supervision for these techniques during the Clinical Training, and for those who choose to continue with supervision beyond the training, Resource State supervisors may be accessed for face to face, in supervision groups, or via Skype.

It is therefore highly recommended that therapists who find the Foundation Training useful in practice go on to complete their Clinical Qualification training at their earliest convenience. In this way, therapists who enjoy using the technique, and/or find it to be a powerful intervention and treatment therapy for their clients, will become more correctly engaged with the therapeutic techniques, as well as the theory underpinning the techniques, in order to effect more precise and positive changes to the needs of clients.

- Helping Resource State that conduct behavior that is unwanted. (Retro States)
