Bernadette is qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a member of the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapists (AACH) specializing in Resource Therapy.
 
Bernadette provides a range of therapeutic techniques to esnure a tailored approach to problem solving, enabling you to design your journey to your best self.
 
Bernadette believes that life can be tough to navigate, even at the best of times, but sometimes it can seem downright impossible. She is no stranger to the challenges of life and understands well the pressures of living through them, having conquered many battles, to get where she is today.
